  • If the item you’re looking for is available on our website, you can select it and check out. For small changes or instructions, leave us a message during checkout. For custom items, fill out the form on the CUSTOM tab and we’ll get back with you as soon as we can.

  • Our physical doors aren’t open to the public on a day to day basis. If you’d like to meet or stop in, please reach out for an appointment.

  • Yes, we tailor every project to meet your unique needs. Get in touch to discuss a custom plan.

  • Custom items cannot be returned. If you are ever unhappy with a product, please reach out so we can try to solve the problem.

  • No, we currently only offer shipping within the United States.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Turnaround time varies depending on the season, how intricate your order is, and a few other variables. If you need your order by a specific date, please note that during checkout and we will always do our vary best to accommodate.
